My issues are resolved to my satisfaction
I ordered a pair of men's boots size 9 US. It came with a size 43 european (equivalent to size 10 US). In order to get a refund, I have to ship it back to Italy, when the original package that I received, came from Chicago ! I really believe this is a typical Chinese operation. It will cost me as much a the price I paid for the shoes, buck what the heck ? Anybody wants to buy something from this Cristian Moretti, be aware to do it at your own risk, Bait and switch site !!! Remedied review In my last review, I complained about their after sales customer services. Cristian Moretti company has read my TrustPilot negative review and reached out to me with the intention to make 'it right' in view of my unfortunate previous experience. They came up with an acceptable solution for me and I had accepted their apologies. It was never about the quality of their products. So I will continue to purchase items from this company now that my grievances are addressed. Cristian Moretti Company showed their professionalism and gained my trust back.
