Had what I was looking for and was shipped same day

These guys are great. Reached out to them to find out if a battery would work for my ebike and they really took their time to make sure they knew the model I had. Got the new battery and now I'm off on the trails again. So stoked!

A great price A website that was easy to navigate though, and speedy shipping!

Excellent customer service! Personalized attention with my online order, and my questions answered by real humans… eager to help out with anything and everything! Processed my return very quickly and helped me find a replacement. You can trust these guys, they are great.

Had an issue with last order as availability of a product was displayed on their website wrong. Managers reached for me immidiately letting me know the product ain't available yet but will be in stock shortly and immidiately shipped. Everything done as promised plus they made a free express delivery. This is not the first time I make an order here and definitely won't be the last one. Just wish this kind of attitude to customers and feedback become industry standard.
