Christy from Crimson Trace was a huge help and provided excellent customer service. I receive free batteries for life with my laser sight and I lost my elevation adjustment screw. This fall I picked up CT's CRM-301 light and laser combo for my home pew. The device installed easy and works exactly as expected. Wish I had picked this up years ago. The cable is a bit tough to plug in, but the fit is secure and I've got the loose cable stowed away with another company's cable management clip. I do wish the laser adjustment had clicks and finer adjustment, but as it is, it was crazy easy to align with my optic.
