The strategist was great! She was passionate, responsible, responsive, accurate, attentive to details, emphatic. In some instances she was too pragmatic, which was somehow making the applicant to refrain from brave decisions. Her experience is crucial and it is aimed to help the application to reach his/her goals in accordance with reality. Also, she was flexible enough, though several times were problems with re-appointment or short notice appointments. The Relationship Manager was supportive with tasks, but not all prompt in responsives. FIrst of all, even very small and easy tasks (please provide email address of financial assistance advisor) were responded within 72 hours (though the request was on Friday evenening). I understand, Crimson employees work 5 days per week during the work hours, but there is time difference, national holidays, etc., which shall be taken into account. And Relationship manager was not available outside Monday-Friday and even was not prompt in answering within work hours. As per my opinion, from Crimson there shall be somebody available 24/& for short messaging (Whatsup, SMS) for simple and easy tasks like provision of email addresses, and I asssumed that shall be Relationship Manager. If I utilise services of Crimson in future, my absolute condition will be 24/7 contact. Other advisors (Essay, Finacial, Capstone) were good as per feedback of my son.

My experience with Crimson though short was extremely impactful. The team I worked with guided me and helped me direct my focus and goals. Crimson also helped to streamline the overhwelming process of completing highschool and applying for university. The team was very personally engaged and invested with my progress. I highly recommend Crimson Education!

Joining Crimson Education is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and the only regret I have is not joining earlier. Crimson has helped me so much this year with everything but mostly by aiding me in supervising my extracurriculars, giving me a platform to write indigo research, and a platform to speak to professionals that guide me to the right college and career path. Although I haven’t started my application process, everything that I’m doing right now alongside Crimson is extremely beneficial to applications. Everyone I have met has been nothing but understanding when I’m unable to meet because of school work, which what makes Crimson more accessible to me. I feel more confident about my journey to college because of Crimson!

Crimson has been a great experience in helping me develop my academic and university profile. They have also helped me and guided me in completing a competitive application along with assisting me with the entire application process to hopefully reach my desired school.

I used Crimson’s services to help me with my UK university applications in 2019 and their variety of service offerings and quality of mentors were very good. Their services were well structured and delivered. I interacted with many people with excellent profiles and learnt a lot in a little over a year’s time. I was even enlightened on career prospects.

I joined Crimson's science summer camp 2023 and it was a nice experience. I was put into a team to conduct research on smart tourism in Da Nang. I and my team will then think of a project and propose it to the audience and judges. I have made so many new friends and gained valuable experiences. Though there were some minor issues and unexpected situation occurs along the way, I still had a good time.

Crimson has given my daughter a completely different look on what her future could be like. She has learnt so much about applying to oversea schools and also has the opportunity to attend internships. Something that I hope will improve is the efficiency and clarity in communication.
