Was sent the wrong size originally and…
Was sent the wrong size originally and had to pay for the return even though it wasn’t my fault. Never found the right size because i Didn’t want to keep paying to return. Their size guide is totally wrong.

Ordered Shoes and got the wrong size
Ordered Shoes and got the wrong size, despite talking to a customer agent and trusting on their recommendation to go for a 42. My gut said to order at least 43, which was correct. They refused to exchange the shoe and made my pay for a fault, which was theirs… Honestly wouldn‘t order again unfortunately, despite their cool products. They really need to change their customer service attitude and comply with EU rights.

Extremely Sus
Had to email them twice and DM them on IG to get them to ship my shoes. When they arrived, they were in a box from China despite the company saying they are located in the US. The shoes themselves are cheap, narrow, and uncomfortable.
