I've been very impressed with CrewFiction and the value it provides for independent authors. The platform is intuitive, the tools are thoughtfully designed, and everything is focused on helping authors spend less time managing technology and more time writing and connecting with readers. What has stood out most is the level of customer support. The team is responsive, open to feedback, and continually improving the platform with features that are actually useful for authors. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely listens to its users. If you're looking for an all-in-one platform to manage your author website, newsletter, reader community, and book promotions, CrewFiction is well worth considering. It's become an important part of my author business, and I'm excited to see how the platform continues to grow.

Crewfiction has developed a platform that truly serves authors' communication and marketing needs. I've been in several of their giveaways, and I'm always blown away by the number of new subscribers I get from their work. In addition, their platform is very intuitive to use and has a well-designed interface. They offer email services, and they pass the true test of a great platform: their customer service is highly responsive, they welcome suggestions, and they even have a special section where users can upload development ideas for the team. Overall, it's well-thought-out, has the author/end user in mind, and should be part of every author's list of platforms to use.

I have enjoyed being a founding member of Crew Fiction. If I ever need a question answered, Sam is only an email away. Also, having a newsletter and other resources that are tailored for authors has been tremendous. Using Crew Fiction has been an immense pleasure.

Absolutely love the platform! As an author it makes it so easy to have multiple "apps" in one and it allows me to save up both time and money. It's wonderful to see a platform for authors that offers so many features and can minimize the time spent on marketing. They met with my writer community to introduce the features and answer questions, and the authors in attendance were blown away. CrewFiction’s webpage and newsletter builder is so easy to use that I actually had to adjust to its simplicity! At this time, I’m keeping my main website because it’s robust and has some features that CrewFiction doesn’t support (yet). Still, for any author wanting to set up (or revamp) a web presence and grow their MOST IMPORTANT marketing tool: your newsletter, with minimal work, close to zero tech skills, and not a lot of time to invest, CrewFiction is the resource you need! I’m also so impressed by how they keep adding new features (and will continue to do so), often in response to “wish lists” from their authors, and by how they personally respond to your questions. (You actually talk with the CrewFiction team, not only bots.) Best of all, the service comes with built-in author swaps and promotion for your books (that CrewFiction organizes and creates). I can’t say enough good things about my experience with CrewFiction so far, and I’m excited about growing the next levels of my author business with them.
