We have never worked together as client and agency, and this review says nothing about the services we deliver. On the process itself: we run recruitments with several candidates in parallel. In this case, another candidate matched the role and the budget, and we moved forward with them. We understand that's frustrating when you've adjusted your expectations to stay in the running, and we could have communicated the outcome better. We take that point. Joey, thanks for the feedback. Since the review leaves out most of the story, here's the context for anyone reading. We built a voice AI agent for your inbound and outbound calls in early 2025, and it worked: it made the calls it was instructed to make. Those instructions came from your CRM, which was never in our scope and was managed by your internal team, then by another agency. The data it pushed to the bot was inaccurate: wrong contacts, wrong timing, duplicate call triggers. On top of that, your developers modified the setup we built without our approval, which broke parts of the flow. We flagged both issues repeatedly, in writing. The first time the project stopped, you replaced the person managing your CRM and hired a new agency to fix it, then asked us back. We came back. The same problems returned, and when I was asked to take over fixing systems owned by other parties, I offered to do it as paid work. That was declined, and we stopped there, around March 2025. For 8 months, we heard nothing. On December 3rd, your team emailed me asking us to work on the bots again, acknowledging that your former developers had interfered with our work. I declined. This 1-star review was posted the same day. I stand by what we delivered. For transparency: Crescendo Agency no longer offers AI agent development. We've been fully focused on SEO and AI search visibility since mid-2025. I wish you and the team well.
