Update - Issue has been resolved.
I had an issue with funding where two separate deposits were taken out from my account, but they only received one. Although it took longer than I would have expected to get resolved, they did keep working at the issue and I do appreciate that. It did eventually get worked out for me and they compensated for the lost time. I am hopeful that with this it will be smooth sailing for the future.

Hello Lori, we understand your frustration. We have spoken with you about this a few times and have sent you screenshots from our bank verifying that we only received the one deposit. Your account manager Eddy Martinez is willing to speak to your bank to try and rectify this problem, but only the one deposit is showing on our end. We will continue to try and solve this issue.
