Entering the sunset years, when investments need to be both secure and offer a decent return, means one must make choices. When we decided on the CRE Income Fund we were attracted by the 10% return and quality of management, according to the reviews we had read. We have been delighted with the returns over the past 6 months and have chosen to add to our position. The process looks daunting at first but the staff has been easy to work with and very helpful without being "pushy," while the dashboard is easy to follow and access. So far this has been a great addition to our portfolio.

I love the low-risk 10% annual yield that reinvests and grows at a doubling rate of 7.2 years (Rule of 72). The company is great to work with and representatives have always returned my emails or calls in a timely manner.
