It’s extremely hard to get Perfume samples these days . After going to John Lewis in Oxford to the Creed Perfume counter to test the fragrance I encountered a young man spraying tester Purfume all over him self then he picked up a bottle put it in his pocket and run out of the store. I was so shocked we told a member staff she said this happens all the time he be picked up by the camera. Being an elderly lady I was a bit flustered so had to go and have a sit down never got to test Perfume Last week I emailed Creed Purfume company on line and told them what happened asked if they could send me some samples of two products I was interested in . They told me that’s something they don’t do it seems you have to buy a bottle to receive a sample. Really bad customer experience I think . Did not even thank me for alerting the staff in John Lewis.
