Great Service overall!

Very easy to do customer service is great attention to detail is amazing

I’ve called into customer service a few times to get some answers for questions I had and each time I’ve spoken to Travis. Travis exemplifies what being a subject matter expert is in relation to what Credit Versio does and offers. Very patient, builds rapport and listens to client questions and requests. Very grateful for each conversation as Credit Versio is working for me and I give that to him walking me through everything. Great customer service and experience, I’m very happy.

This is an amazing service for credit repair! However, just beware that your scores and report only update every 40 days which was unexpected but understandable since the bureaus have to recieve your letters AND respond. Either way highly suggest credit versio!!

I'm having hard time getting 4 negative accounts removed,I need help getting them deleted asap

Using the system was a breeze, and the support they offered when I encountered something I didn't quite grasp was absolutely crucial. Let's face it, the language used by credit bureaus can be quite confusing, so having the extra support from Credit Versio at no additional cost was a major advantage!
