Cistomer service is Great and i got results on first round desputes

Completed round 1 and nothing was changed/deleted. No guidance on dispute reasons based on real life situation. Completing round 2 would be a waste of time and money as documentation was sent by creditors. Great concept- poor execution. Not worth the monthly fee.

Seems to work for some but not for everyone, did not work for me and impossible to cancel. Have called twice to cancel, told it was done, and then still billed. Going to just start doing charge backs once a month via my bank.

Your site isn't particularly helpful in the sense that I am not sure if I am dealing with Credit Versio or Smart Credit. Supposedly they are connected but the expectations and framework for launching disputes are different and, frankly, confusing. For one, it's a matter of clicking links, and for the other it's a matter of mailing out letters. I get confused and do NOT know where I stand.

This is a great platform omg my score jump to the high 600 and there chat team is excellent they even send you the correct letter if you don’t know how to navigate I love them!!!
