I purchased the highest bundle back in 2021 thinking I was going to get a revenue stream out of business credit software but it has been a major L for me; L as in lesson… This isn’t a true stand alone business model but more so an ancillary product to give clients you’re already serving. The only problem is the high amounts you have to pay after already paying $10k+. Every client has to pay $700 so you have to put in a lot work to get that money back. It’s tough. Don’t buy this thinking you’ll make thousands every month.

The advertisement is great and the marketing they use to catch your attention. It could be a good program if you have all the requirements but most people dont. One thing is that most of the advertisment is incorrect or false. I called several times to explain that the program just does not work for my needs at my current situation but they ignored me and still getting charged. So please be very careful when signing in.
- Reply to credit suite comment: ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION EVEN IF IT DOES NOT WORK.
I understand what you are saying below but still I should have to pay for something that just does not work for me. And again your promises to find a 0% fianancing are just NOT REAL. Be careful people because your money will be stuck there.
And to response of me being in trust pilot, this is the 2nd review I post in my life as I am tired of companies like you taking advantage of consumers. If you read my other review there is an active law suit against them so before you comment get more information.
This review is going all across the internet so people does not have to deal with companies like you.

All customers across all situations review clearly written terms and conditions before ever spending a penny. Once signed, the customer officially agreed to those terms and conditions, which also includes a terms length. We did not ignore your request. But we also are unable to simply cancel in the middle of those terms because you did not find the success as quickly as you had hoped for. This is how absolutely all businesses function, so we are having a difficult time understanding why this is even worth mentioning in a review.
Additionally, stating that we use false advertising is baseless. We have been industry leaders for 10+ years, have helped over 50,000 business owners, and maintain high reviews across all platforms. We are very open about the fact that not all businesses are exactly the same. Getting business credit and funding can be difficult if there are external factors working against the business owner from acquiring those funds or growing business credit. If a company tells you differently, that's a giant red flag. We can confidently say this did not occur and we can confidently say we did everything we could to help you.
But again, there's absolutely never going to be a "one size fits all" and once terms & conditions are agreed to after customer review then they are required to fulfill those obligations just like we are required to do the same from our side. We did. Looking at your public review history here on Trustpilot, this doesn't seem like a new occurrence exclusive to Credit Suite.
Even if you unfortunately had those external elements working against you, please know all of us at Credit Suite are wishing you nothing but success along your journey.

Partner Troubles
I put down half of the cost to join the Ultimate Partnership program and was told I'd have 30 days to put down the other 50%. Within 4 days of my deposit, after reviewing the product more thoroughly and having been assured I'd have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, I realized it could not be sold in the manner that I specified to my salesperson during my consultation so I requested a refund. To my bewilderment I was denied and was told the only way I could be refunded was if "they did not do what they promised". Firstly, that is a very sleazy and unscrupulous way to treat clients. I only made the investment because I was told I'd have 30 days risk free to finalize my decision and now I've gone back and forth for weeks with a woman named Larisa who is refusing my refund under the guise that they've "delivered on their promises". Well I was promised a 30 day trial period! I have never undergone such difficulty to have a refund processed with any reputable organization and frankly am disheartened and disappointed because I have been following Credit Suite and their founder Ty Crandall for years and made this investment confident I'd be working with a credible organization. I did not want to have to take it here but let this be a fair warning to those who want to partner with Credit Suite- BEWARE!!

Nixon -- After we carefully reviewed everything mentioned in this review, we firmly believe this is an inaccurate portrayal of your experience. The onboarding documents that you signed reflected very clearly that a refund is applicable if we breach our agreement to deliver what you signed up for. This is not the case. All of this information was given to you BEFORE you paid us anything, in which you signed and agreed to. Leaving negative reviews on your experience across multiple platforms doesn't impact the fact in which you signed documentation without fully reading or understanding the terms and conditions. There was an assumption you could cancel anytime, which very obviously was not written or told to you at anytime.

If you do not have a 700 credit score…
If you do not have a 700 credit score or higher, DO NOT USE CREDIT SUITE OR CREDIT KEY.
I was oversold, overpromised and they have under delivered tremendously. There are ZERO options for you even if you have fair personal credit.
The whole point of becoming a member and starting this program was to begin building business credit so that I would not have to utilize my personal credit any longer.
After wasting my money using Credit Key to pay for the Credit Suite program, I am now between a rock and a hard place as this economy continues to spiral downward.
Credit Key is also useless so DO NOT let Credit Suite convince you to use them when they keep sending emails saying "pay any invoice" which isn't true. The Credit Suite rep told me there was a 12 month option and when I signed up, Credit Key only gave me a 6 month option which was the same as with Credit Suite. The only benefit is that is was like a Net30 for the first payment.
There are better options than these two crappy "programs" so research and do not waste your time and money.

Worst money I've spent on my business.
Without question, the worst money I've spent on my business. If you value constant phone calls and emails with no real value behind them, maybe this is for you. But, I bought into this program with the understanding they had guided software to take you from step to step - and they do.
It takes time for things to report to the credit bureaus, and they can't control that. I absolutely understand.
But, my credit reports updated April 3. I uploaded them and emailed the business advisor team asking about the next steps. I didn't get a reply. I replied to one of many marketing emails, asking for a status. I got a snotty reply, saying I needed to call them to talk through the next step.
When I logged in today to find my account marked "Not Responding," I was rather irritated. I've emailed several times and talked to them a handful of times while in the waiting phase. I'm not getting on the phone with them every week when there is literally nothing to do but wait.
So, I called them today for this critical conversation that had to happen before I could start the next step in the process. I expected some kind of conversation about my business goals and objectives... but no. It was a strange, stilted conversation during which the woman opened up the next step for me. There was no point to the call.
And I'm starting to see there's no point to the program. I'm sorry I paid for it.
Edit to Add: I've been thinking about how best to address the reply from the company. I'm slightly appalled they publicly shared my funding status - Kinda strange. But let's be clear: I was offered lending before I bought into this product. I decided to accept the funding offer when I realized it would be a while before I could get more favorable terms. I was funded less than two weeks after buying Credit Suite - long before any of my "critical" company facts were updated with the credit bureaus... I told Credit Suite this when I declined to give a testimonial about the product.
I gave a critical review of the product. Their response was to discount my words and share details about my company. That probably says more about their business practices than my actual review, so I'll just leave this be.

Hello Maureen, I am so sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with us. I can have our head of advisors give you a call and help clear up any questions you may have if you feel that will help. We have gone through the emails and calls with all advisors that have interacted with you and do not feel like you received any snotty replies or stilted conversation. Please share any interactions you have so that we can review those. Thank you
