This company is a major rip off. They lie about what they can do, they lie about what they charge, and then when one tries to cancel they'll tell you that you are going to be billed for another month. They don't do anything other than send out letters to creditors, something that one can do one's self. Steer very clear of them, and if you have given them your credit card number, I suggest you cancel your card as they will continue to charge you. A complaint has been filed with the FTC, the BBB, and others.

This was my initial experience with Credit Repair.com and it was very positive. The representative was professional, patient and extremely helpful as I was setting up my profile. She walked me through the entire setup process and answered all of my questions regarding the next steps in a complete and thorough manner. It was and excellent first contact and I look forward to to seeing positive results in my credit score in the future.

I really liked having credit repair because they did the difficult work of going through the credit report to see what could be challenged and addressing those issues with the credit bureaus.
