I would first say the tone of my service was important. Someone who took time for me to tell my reason of contact. I am a victim of identity theft for over 5 yrs and nothing seemed be done to stop this at point of contact with others. Being new to opening up about all this made me test myself and trust these people with confidentiality. At this point I feel time will be the real proof of this much needed service. Representative took lots of information and asked many questions which I might or might not have had answers to. Then it was my turn to ask questions. Yes they answered but because I am so cautious now I skeptical of what they promised to be done. Be it known time will tell. At this point for at least a month I will be checking in and following up. So far good.
