The agent I spoke to was very friendly and seemed empathetic. I signed up for their services and was charged $149. I used my cc. They asked me to look at my credit report to either accept or dispute debts reported. I did not have any. I meant to cancel my services after the first month, but forgot before I was charged a second time. I called the day before I was to be charged a third time and felt I would not be charged, but they told me they could not charge upfront fees for services rendered and I owed them $144, even though they did charge me $149 from the get go. All their company really does is dispute charges to attempt to help your credit score. I did not have any, so they really did nothing for me except increase my cc card debt. Very shady business practices. I’m sure they will come up with an excuse why I was charged $149 upfront and why I owed them $144 for canceling the time that I did. I sent them an email disputing their fees and stated that I would be sharing my experience here.

Creditpros suck they lie to credit bureaus on valid debts telling them their account closed
