We appreciate your feedback! We apologize that your experience took longer than expected. We are fully aware that at the time you had enrolled we were working through a backlog of customers as a result of transitioning our workforce to remote due to Covid. Good Afternoon! We appreciate your feedback & assure you, your account has been fully verified & reported to TransUnion. Here is a recap of activity on your account, you signed up on 8/6. On 8/28 we requested more information for your account because of incomplete or inaccurate data. You provided the corrections immediately, so thank you. Within 36 hours of having the accurate data we verified your account. Your rent was reported to TransUnion on 9/8. As outlined in our FAQ section, we ask for the customer to give 30-60 days until they see the new trade line. Please let us know if you do not see the trade line "Credit My Rent INC on your account within the next 14 business days. Thank you,
