I never write reviews but in this circumstance, I feel that it is my obligation to share my experience. I have always had great credit but a few years back I had an issue with a deceptive timeshare loan that reported me in collection. I have been trying to sort this out for years and nothing was working, they were ruining my credit. I don't know how they did it but credit firm got this $11,000 collection removed off my reports after only 4 months. My credit is back to the 700 it has always been at and I can finally put this disaster behind me. For anyone reading this, don't sign up for timeshares. No matter what they tell you, timeshare sales people are liars. And if you have a timeshare problem do yourself a favor and let credit firm take a whack at them.

Genesis collection was destroting my credit over an apartment that fraudulently said that I owed them $14,000 for ending my lease early. This is completely a lie. I told the management company that I was moving out, gave them 2 months notice and time to find another tenant, I left the apartment spotless, dropped the keys off and the office manager told me that I didn’t owe anything else. Instead of giving me back my security deposit within 30 days like they were supposed to, they kept my security deposit, said that the apartment needed new carpets, countertops, and other work, which is a complete lie. They send me a huge bill and when I showed them pictures I took of the spotless apartment I left them, they send the debt to Genesis collection agency which reported in my credit reports. This made my score go under 600 and I always pay my bills, I always had 700 scores, but their lies stopped me from getting another place, a car, they destroyed my life. Credit firm was able to help, they got the Texas attorney general to start an investigation and got the CFPB to get Genesis to delete this fraud from my report. My score is finally back over 700!

I traded in a car 2 years ago and the dealer took forever to pay off the loan. My fault was that I assumed that the dealer was going to pay off the car and I never bothered to check. Imagine my surprise when credit karma sent me a notification that Capital One Auto reported a late payment on my auto loan, 2 months after I got rid of the car. I called the dealer, I called the credit bureaus, I called Cap One, I was sending dispute letters like crazy. I had perfect credit and this one late payment destroyed my scores. I was trying to fix this thing for almost 2 years and nothing was working. Credit firm did in 4 months what I couldn’t do in almost 2 years. They got the stupid late payment off my report and I am back to perfect credit. If you’re trading in a car, don’t assume that the dealer is going to pay off the loan on time. Check with them and the lender until the account is closed and at $0. I’m so happy I don’t have to live with this late payment for another 5 years. Credit firm rocks.

I had identity theft in March 2024 and tried fixing it myself but wasn’t really getting anywhere with the credit bureaus and credit card companies. I used Lexington for about 6 months and they weren’t much help other than sending disputes that were getting verified over and over. I got credit firm in February and told them I had identity theft. The guy I spoke to on the phone told me to get a police report, send it to them, and they would do the rest. I did and now all of the fraudulent accounts are gone and my credit is back to normal. I can’t believe that I wasted so much time dealing with this when there was a specific thing that just needed to be done. Credit firm did its job, they did it well and fast. These guys know credit.

I’m up 100 points. Started service on New Years and already up in to the 650s. I haven’t had a score this high since, ever, lol. Best part, I’m not doing anything and creditfirm is doing all the work. 700 score is next!

It actually works. I’m just as surprised as anyone because I used another credit repair company and they did nothing. I decided to send disputes myself and got a few things removed but I couldn’t get the last few accounts removed no matter what I tried. So I decided to give credit firm a try. A few months at $50 won’t break me. And guess what? They actually got the 3 accounts I have been working on for 2 years removed after 3 months. I have no idea why they got the stuff removed when I couldn’t but at this point, I’m just glad this is finally over and I can finally have a good credit score for the first time in my life.
