Eventually Ganet~springs handled my case against these scammers who kept milking me

Filled out appication at 800am. I waited and waited. Filled out everything, and verified bank info. I decided to give them a call at 430pm. This guy answered he sound like he was drunk. Answered the phone without an introduction. He seeked the last 4 ss numbers from me. Told me my application was denied he said try again 60 days and hung up! I didnt get a chance to ask questions he just hung up. The world we live in...people is very rude and unprofessional. i cant take it anymore. I waited 8 hours no response from this place to get pure rudeness!!!!

I applied for a loan 6/18/26. Was told the funds would be deposited 6/19. Funds were not deposited. Called to speak with customer service 4 different times. After 20 minutes on hold each time, the call was disconnected. Now Im worried they will make ACH withdrawals to pay a loan I've never received. Im calling my bank Monday to report this as fraud. I've used this company twice before with no issues. Im not going to repay a loan I never received. The BBB website has them listed as "closed". Find a more respectable company to work with.

I applied for a $300.00 loan with this company. The status was “pending”, but there’s second I verified my bank via the bank’s website, the status said “withdrawn”. I went ahead and contacted my bank to let them know. Thankfully, as a security measure, only in-person withdrawals will go through without being flagged for fraud. This is insane! Beware, this company is a SCAM!

STAY AWAY! SCAM. They will try to steal your personal information.

Received a voicemail from this company. Approved for a loan. The strangest thing was I couldn’t understand in the voicemail what the name of the business was so I called to see and as soon as I asked what the name of the company was the agent on the line went silent and refused to answer. I just needed to know who I was dealing with so I could check reviews before accepting a loan with them. Thank Gosh I did because these reviews are awful! Their customer service is awful as well. If that’s what I would have to deal with, no thank you. Are they so ashamed of their business practices they can’t even tell a caller what the business name is?

I recently had unfavorable experience with crediterium. I had emailed them on November 21st didn't get a response back. I ended up calling them to reschedule my upcoming paying for December 2nd. The representative advise me she could move my schedule payment from 2nd to 20th. I told her that I had changed jobs wouldn't receive 1st check until the 20th. She told me she could not. So I asked her to stop my ach debt.She advised me that she would. I look at my account today. The payment has gone through.

Very dissatisfied. They approved me for alone and I signed documents and they told me I would get them the same day, next day I called back and they said my account number was wrong. Didn’t get funds again. Thursday day they said sorry account number was typed in wrong again. Finally I called back the next day and they said sorry you shouldn’t have been approved it was our fault. I don’t care what type of situation you’re in, do not use this company. It will put you in a worst situation. They didn’t even attempt to make things right with me.
