I checked online with Credit Direct on a Friday, and Mr. Packman called me within a couple of hours. He was very helpful and understanding. The same late afternoon, he emailed me a couple of loan options to review. I applied to the one with which I felt comfortable the same evening. I was notified on Monday morning that my application had been approved and a deposit for the loan was made Monday afternoon. The interest rate was not much higher than what I was already paying on my credit cards. I was having difficulty getting a personal loan to consolidate my credit card balances because my income to credit ratio was too low. This solution worked for me and now, I have extra income for emergencies.

Process was fairly simple. Customer service was on point and followed up on progress of loan.

Very simple process. No tricks. GREAT customer service. I don't write reviews for credit companies, but they should be highlighted. Great experience all the way around.
