ALSOO WHEN YOU FINISHED THE LOAN YOU NEED TO WAIT ALMOST 3 OR 4 WEEK TO RECEIVE YOUR TITLE BACK. DONT COME HERE FOR A LOAN .

DONT TAKE ANY LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY GOING TO DO ALL THE POSIBLE TO TAKE YOUR CAR, If you miss one payment and trying to pay next day trust me at 8 am they making you 300 calls and call all your references to, you going to receive a email everyday anytime and calls to, the interest are bad and they don’t make the credit report payment on time after you finished the loan they going to still continue send bad report to your credit… DONT TAKE ANY LOAN HEREEEEE

Absolutely terrible to deal with after paying off the loan so I could sell the vehicle (I had already bought a newer truck) I wanted to sell that one so paid the loan off and then a week later title still wasn’t released called for them to tell me it’ll be another week because they didn’t send me some paperwork to sign go with embassy loans for title loans!

The Worst Company To Get a Title Loan. It's May 2026. I Finished Paying Off My Loan In January 2026, and they are still reporting negative information on my reports and haven't returned my title for my car. I've already contacted my lawyers. Every Month They Hit My Credit Report Saying I owe them 1884 and ding my credit profilePOINTS EVERY MONTH. Even After i Called Them In February Abut This Issue. They Will Be Seeing My LAWSUIT PAPERWORK SHORTLY.

If you’re even thinking about using Credex, do yourself a favor and run the other way. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. The moment your payment is due, they will harass you nonstop—calls, messages, back-to-back contact like you’re avoiding them—even if you’re only a day off. It feels excessive and borderline harassment. But here’s the worst part: the second you actually need something from them, like after you’ve paid off your loan and need your title lien released, they completely disappear. No follow-ups, no updates, no urgency. You’re left chasing them for something that should be handled promptly and professionally. It’s like once they’ve gotten all their money, you no longer exist. Their staff is incredibly disrespectful. You’re talked down to, rushed off the phone, and treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Don’t expect clear answers or accountability—most of the time you’ll just get vague responses or be transferred around with no resolution. Management is no better. There’s clearly no organization, no communication, and no concern for customer experience. The entire company feels disorganized and incompetent from top to bottom. Save yourself the stress, time, and headaches. There are far better, more professional lenders out there that actually respect their customers and handle important matters like lien releases properly. Avoid Credex at all costs.

Credex es un verdadero desastre,llevo un mes esperando por el título de auto y cada vez que llamo dicen algo diferente,por favor busquen otras alternativas,que van a salir mejor,no le importa si termina temprano o tarde de pagar,una experiencia horrible.
