I have to say, I'm sure as most people I was pissed off by the time we got off the phone, I didn't make the delinquent account neither did they. But I'll give them a 3 cause they are relentless I give the guy I talked to, a 6+. He kept his cool it's his job, Who made the bill in collections? I'm mad at that person. Your welcome.
