Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do want to clarify a few important points because the experience described here does not fully reflect what actually happened. The guarantee was tied to following the full sales blueprint we provide, not simply uploading a product and waiting for a sale. That blueprint includes specific actions around the offer, content, outreach, follow-up, and other steps designed to give someone a real chance to make sales. Those steps were not completed in full, and the live support calls available as part of the program were also not attended. Even so, after discussing the situation with you, we did issue the refund you requested as a courtesy. Your account was not removed without warning. You canceled your subscription, and once an account is canceled, access to the platform and its features ends accordingly. We genuinely wanted to help you succeed, and our team was available throughout the process to answer questions, review progress, and help you work through the blueprint. We understand that not every platform or program will be the right fit for every person, but we also believe it is important that the full context is clear. Our goal with creatyl is not to promise effortless results. It is to give creators the tools, training, support, and clear steps they need to build and sell something of their own when they are willing to follow the process and put in the effort. We’re sorry this has been frustrating, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We do want to clarify one important point for anyone reading this review. creatyl absolutely supports course video hosting directly inside the platform and will do exactly what you want to do and much more. You are trying to upload the videos in the file upload section rather than the video upload section. Course videos are uploaded in a separate video section right above the files section. We have been trying to reach you and have been sending you emails to show you exactly how to do it. We’ve tried to explain this because it sounds like the file-upload area and the video-upload area were being confused. You do not need to use Google Drive or Vimeo to host your course videos if you do not want to. We also reached out to you to help walk through the setup, and we’d still be happy to do that with you. Please contact us so we can show you exactly where to upload your videos and make sure everything is set up the way you intended. We genuinely want you to be able to use the platform for what you originally joined to do.
