After posting the corresponding negative review, they contacted me yesterday to try to resolve the issue, and today I was able to download the files correctly. I am giving them 4 stars for finally taking an interest in resolving the issue, although my distrust that this will happen again leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Well done, Creattie, for your performance.

Splendid source of animated illustrations in json, png, gif or mp4 format. It is possible to perform basic color customization and select among various design styles. However, it would be ideal to have a greater variety of animations and styles.
