Thank you so much for the fantastic review, Maggie! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your 8-year-old son loved the 2D animation camp and is already looking forward to exploring special effects next time. That shift from passive screen time to active, creative production is exactly why we do what we do. Ben M. is an outstanding instructor, and we will be sure to share your kind words with him. Hi Alex, We are incredibly sorry for the late cancellation and the stress this caused you. We know how difficult it is to scramble for backup childcare, especially right before the week begins. Our standard policy is to monitor enrollment closely and endeavor to notify parents at least a week in advance if a camp cancellation must occur. Falling short of that timeline for your family is absolutely not the experience we want to provide. We truly apologize for putting you in a tough spot, and we are using this feedback with our team to ensure we handle our enrollment notifications much better moving forward.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful, detailed feedback about your experience at our Southlake, Texas location. Mr. Finn is an absolute rockstar, and we will be sure to pass along your incredible praise to him and the Southlake team. Hearing how he immediately stepped in to investigate and resolve your son's rough patch, completely turning his day around, is exactly the kind of attentive, compassionate care we pride ourselves on. We also know how stressful it can be to get a text like that while you are at work, so we are incredibly glad Finn kept you closely informed and reassured throughout the day. From managing social comfort to providing a quiet space and an ice pack for his headache, Finn went above and beyond to ensure your son felt safe, supported, and cared for. Thank you for trusting Creator Camp with your son. We are so happy he ended up having a great time, and we look forward to welcoming him back for more fun and creative adventures in the future!
