For God's sake stay away from this company. They are not from Florida but from the UAE, so that's an initial lie they start with. I paid for them to develop a website, and it has been NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION from the start, for 4 months now. They made a terrible website, just awful, were desperate for me to host with them, but I choose
Godaddy, who is local, who owns the domain. Getting them to get the website to Godaddy for migration was a nightmare. I had to call Godaddy 8 times as things were constantly confusing and screwed up. Patients and a friend who has an MS in computer technology found are all these problems with the website because they do not know what they are doing and it's broken. Once it was up, I demanded a partial refund, which I got, and then, surprise, the website broke even more, the front page not loading, etc. Do not use these guys for ANY website development. They seem to be polite and professional, but they are sheer incompetents. I'm having to pay a local person $2000 to FIX all the crap on the website they made. I regret using them 1000%. DO NOT USE THEM.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! This company can best help people trying to start up an ecommerce website, by closing their doors. I was supposed to get a website on the shopify platform WITH wordpress plugins. Instead, I got a wordpress website that I couldn't even sign into my back office on, unless I used the pre-set login password and username credentials, of one of their web creators. I wanted to change my password so they could not get into the admin page without my permission. I was told I had to use theirs. Meanwhile, $6,000 later, my website went down and I was told that My site had been hacked, and they then tried to sell me "protection". I totally believe that they shut it down, to try and sell me that protection. Also there were some items that I paid for which I never received. I paid over $600 for advertisement videos that were supposed to be on my social media channels. They did advertise for me on social media, but I was supposed to receive three videos which I could put on my social media platforms myself. After telling them that I did not receive them, they made them up and sent them to me via email and when I opened it up these videos absolutely had nothing at all to do with my website or the items that I was selling. I could name several other issues with them but that's enough for now. They push and push their products and I was even told it I absolutely needed several things that I found out later I didn't even need, plus the fact that they put me on a WordPress platform which I did not want from the beginning. Very bad experience, and now have a website that won'twork!

These guys are scam artists
These guys are scam artists. I contacted them in Nov. 23, to build a custom website for my E-store. They spent more time that first month trying to upsell me services. Sometimes hours would be wasted with upselling rather than website building. I paid them over $3,700.00....$702.00 was charged to my account without my approval. When I asked them for a refund they told me it would come in 7-10 days. It took repeated emails and calls to finally get that back, almost 2 months later. I was slingshotted to many different web designers over the past 6 months, getting hardly anything down. The "custom" website I thought I was getting, was just a template they used. 6 months later, the original template was still there and still not changed according to my instructions. They did do some work on the site and put down 9 of 26 products I sent them and had confirmation they received them. Finally, with no response from them, either by email or phone calls, nothing was done to the web site for over a month, fromm March 8th, 2024 to present day. I finally emailed that i wanted the guaranteed full refund and I was not going to use their services anymore as I needed my E-store up and running months ago. They had told me at first the site would be up and running in a month-month and a half. They refunded me only a portion of the money and owe me over $1,500.00 yet. If you call their number it would always go to voicemail for a "Jay Bradley". Another person that knows a friend in Orlando, Fl, sent him to check out their address and stated there is nothing there. Many reviews say they are great but it was found out that the good reviews were posted by employees of Websmith. There are also reviews of people having the same experience that I had, upselling, no product finished, lost money and no web sites produced. They are a total scam, always shaking your hand while pissing on your head. They need to be stopped before they scam more money from other unsuspecting folks

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, beware. They scammed us last year. They asked for upfront payments, then extra payments. But the work progressed too slowly. It was suspicious because they kept asking for payments but nothing was getting done! So, I asked a friend who lives in Orlando to go to their address listed on their website. He told me that no company by that name exists at that address! When I called the number of this fraudulent company and asked to visit their office, they told me they didn't have time to receive visitors. When I told them they didn't have an office and that I knew they were scamming us, they hung up on me. They will tell you that they are part of the company DBA CMOLDS INC. But do not trust this company either, because I searched for them in the company registry and found no company by that name. They took my money and disappeared!

Not recommended. They deceived me.
I needed not only a new look but a streamlined site that included pay per minute calls (ppm provided by another company). Noah Frasser was my project coordinator. He's a pleasure to work with. We shared creative ideas back and forth until we came up with the right look and feel for the site. He was very patient and understanding with me during the entire process. We collaborated on many details
and changes over a period of about 7 weeks in order to build what I had envisioned. It took over 4 months before it was completed. My site started at the cost of about $1000 and ended up costing $5000. Unfortunately , one of the tech guys conned me tp get credit card verification on my site that I later found out I did not need. This costed me several thousand dollars. (I have Elavon and there is no need for credit card verification on my site since the transaction of payment is not done on my site. The tech guy lied and said I needed it anyway.) I also discovered that the site was not functional for transactions. I was told that everything was in functioning order. Truth is that none of the payment systems were connected. I figured it out and got it working myself.
When I confronted Noah Frasser about the issues of the site he stopped responding to my emails. When I called the company, my calls were transferred and I could not speak to Noah.
The website looked great, but... the amount of time to complete the site took 4 months and the fact it was left disfunctional is not acceptable. Also, the cost kept going up from $1000 to $5000 for s simple site that was created using most of the info from my previous site. I would have been better of creating the site myself instead of wasting 4 months of time to get a site that could not processs payments.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ON ANY OF WEBSITE PROJECTS!
We reached out to Creative Websmith on February 28, 2023 requesting a new e-commerce site be developed to sell medical equipment online. We requested that the new site be built on the BigCommerce platform only. This was confirmed via the invoice provided by Creative Websmith and multiple emails and phone conversations with Creative staff.
As of October 19, 2023 we still do not have a working site after 10 months of ongoing issues with Creative Websmith and spending over $22,000.
I desperately reached out to a different local website company for help. They conducted an audit on the backend of the site Creative was building and compared it to the invoice. We were SHOCKED to discover that our site was not being built on BigCommerce, but was actually built on WordPress. They also could not understand why we were charged for services and API work that were not needed on the site. Our consultant stated that Creative Websmith committed fraud and lied to us.
Creative Websmith made the site go live without making sure that our site was built and hosted on Big Commerce. Based on the consultant and several outside web developers, WooCommerce is not the platform that should have been used without our permission. BigCommerce is what we needed and requested based on current and future needs…we made that clear to this company. The site that they created never did function properly and it’s not what we paid for. We were forced to reach out to a different company to start the whole process again and put out additional funds.
We were lied and misled by several employees in this company. Over the last 10 months, I dealt with a total of 10 creative employees via email and has multiple project managers that were not aware of what our previous project managers was working on. It was like starting from the beginning of the site development the process with each new manager. We also had countless phone calls and Zoom meetings with Creative Websmith with promises that never happened. We have several hundred emails sent received that will show our efforts to work with his company in the development of a functional e-commerce site. This will be important when we begin taking legal action.
We were also billed for API work, and other services that were not requested or needed or and that was not even the performed. This is outright fraud and deception. We are a very small family-owned company that was taken advantage by this large company because we do not have the technical knowledge to know that we were being deceived. Please be aware that this company will suck you in with the low price listed on their website plans, but all they care about is building excessively high fees for their API work or for work that is not required.
I originally posted this negative review back in October and took it down after the company contacted us and promised to give us a full refund. After about another month waiting, they refused to give us a full refund. We were forced to dispute all the charges due to fraud with our bank and have reached out to our attorney. Hard to believe that our company was lied and deceived twice by Creative Websmith. Please do yourself a favor and find another company to work with! The negative reviews on this site are real.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
After being threatened with legal action against me for my last 2 posts about Creative Websmith, I will summarize my experience without "defamatory" comments. Service and execution of my project were poor. The web building "expert" clearly had no idea or motivation to provide me a working professional looking site. I did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics to get me to pay them A LOT more money to build me a new site either. They did refund me my money, but not until several hostile calls from me. In my opinion, this company has a lot to improve on in terms of service and professionalism.
