We hired Creative Design 360 to build a website for our business and paid them thousands of dollars for the project. Unfortunately, the website was never produced. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. Deadlines were promised but repeatedly missed, and we did not receive clear updates on the status of our site. Over time, it became apparent that no meaningful progress was being made, despite the significant amount of money we had already paid. We tried to give the company multiple chances to follow through, but the project never moved forward to a working website or delivered product. In the end, we had to drop our ambitions for this site and move on, losing both time and money in the process. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Creative Design 360. We want other businesses to be aware of what happened to us so they can make an informed decision before working with this company.

There is a big sales push where you get calls daily about signing up. I did after being disappointed with another vendor. Then, I got NO calls, NO website, NO consistent communication, and I've asked for my money back. I've called the customer service number numerous times. And I'm not giving up because my business has suffered as a result.

This place is a complete SCAM. All the reviews in their site is fake. You have been warned. They will not refund you for false claims and shotty work,

Most pathetic logo attempts and remarks were taken emotional…I think their staff or professionals might be offshore in Asia. Talking to them and they did not understand that the elements on all designs were amateur and pathetic after 4 rounds…I gave up my $120 to not bother wasting my time. I’ll make better on my own. What a tragic business. I saw the positive reviews and the logos that they produced for them were like photographic representations of amateur hour in isn’t most tragic. Pity, knee jerk reactions and emotions….points to a Gen Z mommas boy

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will "deliver" and "promise" a product and if you do not pay their legal fees they will delete the product and not refund you your money. They will try to sell you scammy products for legal services and other "google domain" products and giggle and laugh when you deny them. They use aggressive spam tactics like calling over and over to force you to answer the calls and try to make you buy the "remaining" product / trademarks. I would not do business with this company if you are wanting to work with them for a long time. They are just a spam company looking for quick income. They do not care if you are satisfied with their product and if they even deliver the product they delete it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT DO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will not deliever the products, push you for scammy "products" and promise a product they cannot provide. They will spam call you for money and legal services for trademarks you can do yourself. They do not offer refunds after they delete the "product" and not give you your money back. Do not trust this company. They are not registered with BBB.org. They are spam and will aggressively call you for money.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will not refund you your money and they will make every excuse to not give you your money back. They are spam and have an excuse for why they will not refund you your money. They will transfer you to everyone trying to convince you that they delivered a product but will not actually have the product for you available. If you do not pay their spammy legal fees they will call you over and over for days and weeks at a time saying you owe them money. You can do the trademark yourself through the state of California. You can make your own website without this company. Do not make any transactions with this company if you want a long term partnership. They have had different company names and will transfer their company to a different name knowing they use spam tatics to get money out of you even when they don't delievered a product. They will send you their "rules" and tell you that you are not getting your money back. They will give you a half ass products and miss spell words on your website and not fix it. They will promise access to the website but not give you access. They make promises and than change business names to continue to spam people.

This is a SCAM company. All they do is take your money and try to upsell you on different services. I tried to get a refund and they yelled at me and cursed at me for over an hour. They are not located in San Diego, and are lying about where they are located. AVOID THIS COMPAN AT ALL COSTS.
