I hired Creative Design 360 to create a logo for my medspa business. I purchased the $300 "platinum" package which ended up being $340 because of "3rd party fees", and was promised unlimited designs from 10 different designers, 500 biz cards, stationary and every format of the logo I would need. I got 8 logos to start with, which appeared to be made by the same person. They left half of my name out of the logo, so the samples, with the exception of 2, were junk. I asked for edits on 2 of them, and that's when I lost confidence in them. I would get one modification per day with no correspondence, and the change wasn't even what I asked for. After several days of getting one lousy incorrect redo, I tried to call to complain to someone. There is only one phone number available on their website and no one ever answers the phone. No one was available by chat because it was always "too busy, try again later" and the email address online goes to one person who claims not to be affiliated with CD 360. Finally, after threatening to dispute the charge with my cc, they were very interested in getting in touch with me and wanted me to settle on the one logo I had. I still never saw the designs of 10 people. I don't think they have 10 employees. I am only mildly satisfied with the logo, I could not get them to make the color changes I asked for, but it was the best that I could get with little communication from them. Definitely not worth $340. But the WORSE part, is before they release the logos to me, they tried to force me to pay $350 to register my logo with the federal trademark agency. When I refused they told me it was mandatory and that I cannot argue with them about it. I refused again, told them to keep the logos and I want my money back and they finally agreed I would not have to register my logo. The quality of the logo I got is worth maybe their $35 package, if that, but do not believe the lie that you will get anything more than the bare minimum.

I started out with a $135.00 fee for a business logo. Slow.. but it was eventually completed. I was told I needed to complete two trademark registrations for the logo which I agreed to do. I was charged over $1600.00 and received one $350.00 trademark. Before realizing the fraud I paid $1300.00 for a website that was pure trash followed by three weeks of excuses. STAY CLEAR!

They created a logo fairly quick and tried to finalize it as soon as possible. This is part of their strategy. They don't tell you that you need to pay to get it registered until you have finalized it. They won't refund your money if you agree to a finalized logo.

Horrible experience since the beginning, from hidden fees to the lies to the customer service. We go the middle package for the logo, we wanted more designs because we didnt like whatever they were sending us and it seemed like they will get bothered by that. then after choosing the logo i got charge another $800 for some license stuff that they never mentioned in the beginning they were supposed to send 500 business cards and 4 months later still haven't received anything and when you ask about it they either ignore you or tell they've just been sent out. then they try to sale you their website package and i kept saying no no no no and he would get upset. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DONT GO WITH THEM AND IF YOU MUST GET THEM GET THE CHEPEAST SERVICE ITS HONESTLY THE SAME BS BUT I RATHER NOT GO WITH THEM AGAIN

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are constantly trying to upsale you stuff you do not ask for and there super pushy. Im pretty sure all there workers ae not even based in the US. After my logo was created they keep saying you have to register it and get it trad marked and if you don't you will get sued and we have a legal tea that needs to do that for you. Well the legal team gets all this done for you and oh surprised the legal expenses cost $1200 dollars and no one explains this up front. Do yourself a favor and never call this company unless you want to be over charged for basic design work and communicate with workers who barely speak English.

Scam! Don’t be fooled.

This is a complete scam. They call and pretend to be professional and act like they care and want what’s best for you. They even assign a “project manager” to handle your project but then ghost you after they send the first round of POOR quality images you can pick from. If I could give zero stars I would. They promise a satisfaction guarantee and I’m still fighting them a month later to get my refund. I even escalated it to my bank and the BBB. Do not use them!!

TOTAL SCAMMERS!! Will call you and pretend to be a professional who wants the best for your company. Upsell and upsell and then ghost you. Project manager will be out sick and full of excuses for not delivering. RUNN!
