Report Creative Design 360 to the BBB for Fraud
If you’re reading this and have had a bad experience with Creative Design 360, you’re not alone—and it’s time to take action. Too many of us have experienced unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and what increasingly looks like fraudulent behavior. I strongly encourage everyone here to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so this company can be held accountable. The more of us who report, the harder it is for them to continue operating like this. Let’s protect others from falling into the same trap. ⚠️ Important Warning: If you’ve given them your credit or debit card, cancel it or request a new one immediately. Many of us have seen unauthorized charges continue through third-party billing services, even after communication stopped. These charges are often hidden or listed under unfamiliar names, so review your statements carefully. Update: I want to provide an important update regarding my ongoing issue with CreativeDesign360 and James. After leaving an honest review(s) about my experience, James has now threatened to withhold my project deliverables—including my business card design and website guide, which were fully paid for on December 17, 2024. He stated that unless I take down the reviews, he will not provide the work that I am legally and ethically entitled to receive. This is unacceptable and borders on extortion, as payment was made in good faith over six months ago. I believe this further reinforces the pattern of manipulation and unethical behavior already documented in many reviews. If you’ve experienced similar threats or withheld services, I strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and notify your financial institution. No one should be intimidated into silence after paying for services that were never delivered.
