I signed up for Creatify.AI in 10/2024. I used it for awhile then stopped using it due to some issues I was having with my ecommerce stores. On 10/24/2025, I was charged $588 for the yearly membership. I never received a renewal email from them otherwise I would have canceled since I have not used it for months. As soon as I saw the charge on my credit card on 10/29/2025, I reached out to the company explaining my personal situation and why I have not used it for months and asked if I could cancel and get a prorated refund since I didn't receive a renewal email. Unfortunately I was told that they DO NOT HAVE REFUND POLICY AND WON'T BE ABLE TO REFUND ME. I begged the representative to talk to a manager because $588 is alot of money for me at this time as I am unemployed and caring for my ill elderly father. I explaining that if I would have gotten a renewal email I would have canceled my subscription in time. These auto subscriptions nowadays are #1 way for businesses to make money because they do not send renewal email and keep charging you and have NO REFUND POLICY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CREATIFY.AI TO ANYONE.

Buy this product if you want to waste money. They are very cunning; they will give you a free trial, and their AI will generate a poor video. When you are about to fix it, they will ask you to pay. After you pay, you have to do a huge amount of work from your side, and on top of that, their ads are not compatible with Meta, so you have to edit your video again and lose credits.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to use and reached out the same day to request a refund. Despite explaining that I hadn’t used the service at all, the company refused to accommodate my request. It’s disappointing to see a video editing software company put rigid policies over basic customer fairness. I understand policies exist for a reason, but any reputable business should be willing to make exceptions when a charge is clearly unused and the request is made immediately. I won’t be using or recommending this software again — there are plenty of competitors that value their customers and stand behind their product with better service.

Lip Syncing is really bad , don't use

New to creatify and to be honest I could not recommend. The app continued to time out and failed to generate anything. Comparing this to the ease of using AI creative I would not recommend.

Horrible experience with the service itself and with customer service. Did not get the results that I was expecting. Among other issues, the AI bot mispronounced the word 'it' as I.T. and it took away an additional 10 credits to fix the issue and redownload the video. I chatted with customer service to downgrade from the yearly to monthly plan due to being unsatisfied and was told by AJ from Creatify that because I had used the service (for only 1 hour of having it for 2 weeks): "well, i think you just did a good thing by getting an annual plan". Also before deciding to downgrade, I was asked by Angel from Creatify to leave a review and then "kindly send us a screenshot of the preview, and we will promptly send you free credits as a token of our appreciation." (requesting positive reviews in exchange for free credits).. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CREATIFY

I recently signed up for the Starter Plan on creatify.ai and clearly selected the monthly payment option ($39/month with a referral discount). However, I was unexpectedly charged €193.80 — the equivalent of an annual plan — without any clear notice or consent during checkout. When I contacted support to correct the issue and request a refund, they simply canceled my subscription for the next year instead of addressing my actual concern. No refund was issued, and my messages were ignored. This kind of billing practice feels misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to double-check the pricing and terms before purchasing, as support did not make any effort to resolve the situation fairly.

Hard to cancel subscription, money get withdrawn without any confirmation from your bank acc. The support will ignore you if this is not the case when you want to pay them. They don't want to send money back, frauds.
