Works well with Swedish language once I had uploaded my own avatar. Good customer service.

Easy to use, with many different features, such as AI ad creation, product mockups, UGC video generation, etc. The customer support is also fast and useful. Saves loads of time, money, and effort in producing UGC content and product visuals. The only things they could do better are that the UGC's mouths are often out of sync with their voices, and the product mockups are sometime distorted or inaccurate if the design has a detailed label or is not very symmetrical.

That level of support makes a huge difference, especially when you're onboarding a new tool into a fast-paced agency environment. The only area for improvement would be the credit system. Credits expire after two months, which can feel limiting for agencies that operate on seasonal or fluctuating schedules. Have used creatify for a few weeks now. it is great so far, i would recommend it if you are trying to save money on content creation for your business and still get quality. Prices are worth it.

The avatars look flawless in most cases. The chat support is very helpful. You can even make an avatar hold your product and talk about it now. The UI is not quite there. Editing your video has limitations. But all in all, a great tool for what our company is doing right now.
