Signed up Sept 3, cancelled 2 hours later. For $300, it spat out a video with a truck driving down a highway. Sure, it's what I asked for. What I DIDN'T ask for is it REVERSING down the highway. It looked ridiculous. Imaging. I'm trying to make a video to highlight a safety platform and it shows a truck driving down the highway backwards. Like, THAT seems safe. That's just one issue of many in the first video. Wrong gender voice over, after 3 prompts to change it. Trying to exit their subscription is like trying to escape North Korea. What a joke. User experience and quality? Ffffft.

Horrible experience just spend 200 coins for a video. The ai completly messed everything up, after asking for reimbursement, they just gave me a list to get the credits back, which takes half an hour to fill out...... seriously.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Creatify AI. My husband recommended me this service, and then when I researched different type of service for UGC I was recommended this service by Claude. When I started with my free trial UGC creation the service provides me a background music sample and portrait of model. Then I was promoted to upgrade for paid. The paid version promised you that you will be able to create several videos. I proceed with my initial video and when I received voice over in Ukrainian it was bad, I asked the Agent to fix it, and receive the same bad quality. On this stage the Agent took 40 tokens out of 100 without delivering anything close to the draft. I applied for refund and received the answer - non-refundable, we have a trial option, however, trial option doesn’t give voice-over at all.

Unusable. The app is mixing Polish with other slovak languages, detecting real products as something breaking the rules and so on. UNUSABLE. Asked the support team for help - they are not willing to resolve any issues. STAY AWAY! Support is super bad - arguing and not trying to help at all! THEY REFUSED EVEN A REFUND FOR NOT WORKING SERVICE

Don't waste your money. The support of this company is very poor and extremely slow. The Platform does not function as advertised and they try to double dip on credits - The pricing page states that you need ~2-20 credits for a video ad when in fact 150-200 credits doesnt even give you a usable result. This means you are paying around $50 for a sub standard AI generated video. A Complete ripoff. They also refuse to refund you as well claiming that you have the opportunity to test the function on a free plan (when there is no free plan listed). I have filed a credit card chargeback. Their AI chat constantly jumps in when a live agent finally answers and the whole process is slow. It took me over 6 hours to generate a video that still was not usable. Their AI Agent is a waste of time and money. If I could give negative 5 stars I would - Worst experience ever with a software company.

Attempted to cancel immediately after signing up as they generated terrible videos. Unsubscribing is extremely difficult making you go through page after page with offers and options to talk you out of it.

Not only does the UX suck, but they stole money from me by removing credits, and I can prove it. Terrible tech, unscrupulous company. PLENTY of better alternatives.

Tried to create a sample ad to see how it works and they wouldn't render one - even with a watermark - to let me see the quality of vide. Poor business practice, if they were any good - they would have no issue with it. Seems like a scam company to me. HARD PASS
