Tried Creatify for a few months then was gifted a free month when we tried to cancel. But when I then cancelled during that free month, they started adding watermarks to the images so now we have over 100 tokens which are basically useless. This wasn't made clear at the point of cancellation, plus most companies honour their free month gift until the month ends. Leaves a bad taste when companies take back free gifts.

I’ve spent several hundred pounds with Creatify and would not recommend it based on my experience. The AI repeatedly made mistakes and failed to follow simple instructions. The process was confusing, and getting it to produce what I wanted was far harder than expected. Each retry used more credits, including attempts to correct errors the AI had made. By that point, I had already invested time and money and was committed to getting my video finished. I kept topping up, hoping the next attempt would get it right. One video ultimately cost me over £100, and even after all that expense and effort, the finished result was only average. On top of this, I received an unexpected £30 automatic subscription charge on 27 September. I understood my purchases to be one-off credit payments; the ongoing monthly billing was not clear to me. I cancelled and contacted support the same day. I explained that I would not use the service during the new month and offered to surrender the renewal credits and have my access ended immediately. They still refused a refund. After several exchanges, support said their decision was final and suggested raising a dispute with my bank. They supplied sample checkout screenshots rather than a record of what I had personally seen and accepted. For me, this was an expensive and frustrating experience: repeated AI mistakes, credits disappearing through retries, an average final video and disappointing handling of my refund request. I do not recommend Creatify and will take my business elsewhere.

Pretty bad software. I'm always having to ask for credits back. Produces pretty cheap looking ads. The Ad Flow and Agent are rough. Eat up all your credits, but don't produce professional quality videos.

I tried Creatify specifically to make a short UGC-style ad for my app. I provided a clear script, detailed scene instructions, and my own app footage to use as brief B-roll. The result was not just poorly edited. The presenter footage appeared to be completely unrelated to the script I supplied. The person’s mouth movements, gestures, and visible performance did not correspond to the narration at all. Instead, Creatify seemed to take unrelated presenter footage and place my generated voiceover and captions on top of it. I tried multiple revisions and gave increasingly explicit instructions about continuous narration, B-roll timing, and synchronization, but the core problem remained. For me, this is very different from normal AI-generation variability. I expected the UGC creator to actually perform or at least visually correspond to the supplied script. What I received looked like unrelated footage with a different audio track added afterward, which made the ad unusable. I contacted support and requested a refund because the service did not provide the functionality I purchased it for. I would be very cautious if your use case depends on the on-screen creator actually matching the script they are supposedly delivering.

I paid $99 for a monthly subscription because I wanted to test Creatify as an AI tool that could create professional ads for my business. Unfortunately, after just one day of using it, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The video it generated was not professional or usable. The model’s face changed into a different person while she was moving, body movements looked unnatural, and in one scene a random hand appeared from behind the model to turn off a light. The visual continuity was very poor. The voiceover was also inconsistent. It started with a calm, pleasant voice and suddenly changed into a completely different tone that sounded almost like something from a horror movie. I specifically paid for this platform because I wanted AI to create professional advertisements for me without having to manually fix and edit everything myself. The quality I received defeats the purpose of paying $99 for an AI advertising tool. I requested a full refund because I tested the platform for only one day and immediately realized that the quality was not acceptable for my business. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Creatify test the quality very carefully before purchasing a paid plan.

They offer a Free month if you cancel. DONT ACCEPT! They will tick you into charging for another month post acceptance.

Despite this, I was charged again. When I contacted support for help, I was told that no cancellation had been received—even though the add-ons on my account showed as cancelled. Instead of resolving the issue and reviewing the account history, I was left having to challenge charges for a service I believed had already been cancelled. This has seriously damaged my trust in the company. Before subscribing, I strongly recommend taking screenshots of every cancellation step, saving confirmation emails, checking your billing status carefully, and monitoring your bank statements. In my case, cancelling did not prevent further charges, and getting support to address it has been extremely frustrating. I would not feel comfortable recommending this platform until its cancellation process and customer support are handled much more reliably.

I contacted support immediately, explained that I did not intend to purchase a full year, and asked them to cancel and refund the charge. Instead of simply fixing the problem, support hid behind their “policy” and “standard operating procedures” and made me jump through hoops to prove something that happened during their own checkout process. To make matters worse, the service itself was a complete failure for what we needed. We provided scripts, branding, logos, specific instructions, and even exact town names. The output still came back wrong. It couldn’t even reliably get the town names correct. The videos were nowhere close to usable. So to summarize: I tried to purchase a monthly plan. I was charged for an annual subscription exceeding $500. The actual product did not perform remotely as expected. I requested an immediate cancellation and refund. Support refused to simply resolve the issue and instead put the burden back on me. I ultimately had to tell them that if they would not refund the charge, I would dispute it through Chase. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Creatify be extremely careful before entering payment information. Read every billing screen closely and do not assume you’ll receive reasonable customer service if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this company.
