The lip syncing is horrible. Their tools are full of bugs. They charge you credits for any small mistake you make (3 credits to fix a typo...). Used our 1 year credits in 3 months so we're switching to another platform with unlimited generation and better lip syncing.

Creatify's service was disappointing, and their unsubscription process is designed to be misleading. I was charged 100$ for two months after canceling due to their complicated cancellation system, even though I wasn't using the service. Their "No Refund Policy" adds insult to injury. I strongly recommend avoiding Creatify to prevent similar issues.

I tried using this software, but it always gets stuck at 99% when creating a custom avatar. I don't actually know if it works or not. I'll look elsewhere for video generation.

Don't fall for the fake reviews, absolute garbage platform and garbage people running the company, no refund policy even though the video is clearly AI, the lip synch was awful and does not look or sound real...0 stars, FRAUD, I will be contacting bbb and CFPB compliant and a compliant to my states attorney general...absolute garbage.

I clicked the button for the monthly subscription. On the next page it jumps to the annual plan, so I paid almost $400. They don't want to refund anything. The rendering of the videos is terrible and you can't make any money with it. Absolute fraud!

Horrible, the video's always get rejected. the output is bad, and they refuse to pay you back + all their other reviews are bougth.

I payed for this 20$ and you know what's next? One of the created videos was rejected on the rendering. There no notifications or any explanations why it was rejected. When I opened chat with support to find out why my video was rejected I waited 30 minutes for response and it wasn't. What a shame for such big project! I will never pay them again and I won't recommend you this service
