DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! This is a complete SCAM!!! They charged me for a full year without my approval — and now they’re refusing to refund my money. I contacted support and got NOTHING but generic responses and total disrespect. These people are thieves, and this app is a fraud. I’m warning everyone — STAY AWAY!!! They will take your money and run. I’m already speaking with my lawyer and will do everything I can to take this down.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I paid a significant amount for the first year, only to receive low-quality videos from their AI tool—often with mismatched audio and visuals. I had no intention of renewing, yet they charged my card without consent through auto-renewal. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

The AI video quality is extremely poor—completely unrealistic and fake-looking. On top of that, they offer no reminders for recurring subscription charges. Despite not using the service at all, I was charged for two months. When I reached out, they showed no accountability for their product or billing practices. This company operates deceptively, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

Deceptive Payment Practices & Poor Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with Creatify. Their payment system is incredibly deceptive—I accidentally purchased a full-year membership when I intended to sign up for a monthly plan. When I reached out to their support team to request a refund or even switch my membership to a monthly plan, they refused to offer any resolution. Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request shows a complete lack of customer care. The sales page is misleading, making it easy for users to unknowingly commit to long-term subscriptions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when signing up, as their policies seem designed to trap customers rather than provide a fair and transparent service. Would not recommend.

I urge you to avoid subscribing to Creatify at all costs. Their AI platform consistently fails to deliver on its advertised features, and when I raised this issue, they outright denied a refund—a practice that blatantly violates EU consumer rights. Compounding the problem, the company engages in deceptive tactics: their positive ratings on Trustpilot and social media are inflated by AI-generated fake reviews, creating a misleading facade of credibility. Beyond the unfulfilled promises, their service quality is abysmal, and customer support is virtually nonexistent when issues arise. This combination of undelivered functionality, illegal refund policies, and fabricated reviews qualifies as systematic fraud under EU regulations. Do not risk your money on this scam operation.

Creatify operates on deception. First of all I tried using their product which appears to be based on credits This was the most frustrating formula I have ever experienced. The customer service reps were not only rude but not helpful. I told the customer rep that I would not move forward i=with the subscription in November only to realize that I was still being billed in March. Contact them for cancellation and refund . That was a nightmare. No refund. Beware . I will report the BBB

Cannot link Tik Tok ads. Terrible customer service Cannot get in contact with support through email. You have to have download another app which I'm not about to download to contact someone makes zero sense.

Buggy Platform + Bad service. I paid for creatify subscription for over 3 months. Used the platform a couple of times to test but it didn't perform how I was hoping. Noticed my subscription hadn't cancelled, so contacted creatify within 10 mins of the money being taken to ask for a refund as I do not use the platform to be told "no refund policy". Won't be using again purely based on this. I don't know any other platform that wouldn't allow a refund for an unused product that was clearly left on subscription by mistake.
