Just another subscription trap. Canceling your subscription has never been this difficult. A few days after purchasing (without even using the service once), I tried to cancel and get a refund. But they keep throwing their "no refund policy" screen at me. Let’s see what happens when I file a dispute and they try to show that same policy to the bank.

Literally impossible to cancel. The service itself was fine - in line with Arcads and some other competitors. But they literally made it impossible to cancel. I tried a few times. It turns out canceling your subscription isn't enough. You also have to "Unsubscribe" from the subscription. Super shady billing practices - so shady I actually had to take the time to leave a review. Startups who are watching your money: stay away.

The lip syncing is horrible, the voices do not match the faces, and its so painfully obvious its faked that it just looks scammy. Furthermore, I purchased their plan (which defaults to annual and is super unclear there is actually a monthly plan) so I could see if the premium avatars were more realistic, as advertised, but they were just as bad if not worse. When I asked for a refund, even though it was 8 minutes after paying, and I used 0 credits, they told me I could pay them $100 or get nothing. I am not the first person to have this issue.

These guys are scammers. I used the trial and ended my subscription but was charged for 3 months and only now I noticed the charge. Do NOT use them!

The service itself is good. Operation is wrong. I would never expect to be gaslighted by a platform. My subscription was until the 21 of the month, today is the 15th and I cancelled it while having 190 credits available to use. I started a project to use these credits but I cannot use them 'since my subscription is not active'. For some reason (interesting enough) support told me i deactivated my subscription on the 14th, which is not accurate. I had 7 days left of using the credits, paid for them, and I can't use them. I do not care if it even written on the bible, the disappointment I feel now is strong enough to become a hater. Good luck.

Creatify does not have a test phase. I booked a package because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the quality of the German voices is inferior. So I am personally extremely disappointed. I have contacted the Creatify support but there is no goodwill but only the rigid reference to a no refund policy. Is that even legal? In any case a disappointment

So, I've began to use creatify 3 months ago and for some reasons I don't understand , it never managed to upload my products and generate an ad. I got billed during 3 months ( no emails warnings) and their terms and conditions strictly prevent the refund " This means that once a payment is made, it is final and non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel it or your usage. " . Quite strange, unless their business model counts on this to decrease their churn rate and attract investors " Our customers have a 3 month retention...."

What this program actually does not even close to what they advertise. You pay for an entire you, quickly learn it's junk software, then they tell you tough when you ask for even a partial refund.
