I paid $99 for a service that promised to create AI-generated product video shots. However, the AI kept arbitrarily changing my product images, rendering the outputs entirely unusable, regardless of the prompts I provided. I requested a refund, but received a response stating refunds are not allowed due to their policy. They also acknowledged that the product image generation feature is still inadequate and not fully operational. I strongly advise using only their free trial for now and postponing any paid subscriptions until the service is fully functional.

This rating is artificial, their video quality is very poor, the lip sync is not good, and the AI feels very strong. I subscribed for the first month, and it was not what I expected at all. I did not continue to use it. I still have 80 points left in my account, but I received the bill for the second month. I immediately cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund, but they refused.

The platform is ok, I tried it a few times and got some videos out of it. But once I realized I wasn't going to use it, I paused my subscription. Three months later, I was expecting to receive an email, or some warning that my subscription would reactivate. I didn't, and I was charged $39 for something I don't want. I reached out to support but they told me, in a very long email with screenshots of the TOS, that I was in the wrong and wouldn't receive a refund, which is my reason to write this review. Be careful with your interaction with them, because they are eager to get your money.

I haven't used the service for months suddenly a trial of the AI demo plan is put activated on my account in may which when expired charged the credit card on my account £79.99. Any refunds? No Glad I used this service?... No Put your card on this website at your own risk, - I can't possibly be the only one that was charged for a service they have no intentions in using.

Garbage AI Avatar videos and expensive. Don't get fooled by the good reviews here. Their customer service team really pushes you to rate them and they offer credits in return. Wasted 100s on their app thinking I'll find a good AI avatar that doesn't have a messed up mouth or teeth.

Signed up for features that were later removed without notice. No refund, even though the service no longer delivered what I paid for. They removed key features from my plan and pushed me to upgrade to a new plan that’s several times more expensive. The ai avatars are noticeably worse compared to other AI video tools. Overall, not a trustworthy experience. Grey-area policies and shady business practices. Avoid.

This company is a scam! Especially “AdMax”! AdMax is exactly the same as normal creatify but with automatic prompting. And they charge 300$ with no refunds! Then they book a call with you just to never show up! Creatify is a terrible product and AdMax is a plain scam.

I subscribed to Creatify.ai and immediately regretted it. Even after canceling, I was still charged, and they refused to refund me. The video quality is terrible, and the lip sync is completely off. Don’t waste your money or time on this platform. Avoid at all costs!
