Beware of this company! I've had three different instances with this company where I have gotten recurring charges unknowingly. All three of which were during a time period in which I never even used their platform. Due to the misunderstanding, I kindly requested a refund and made very valid points on why I felt I should receive at least a partial refund. Their terms of service policies are awful. But each time, two different reps refused to refund me a single penny. Awful customer service. I agree these other positive reviews have got to be from robots. Do not give them your business. They need to do better with customer service. It's too bad too because I would've spent tens of thousands of dollars on this platform in the next 5 years if they at least allowed for a partial refund and had better customer service. It's not worth losing someone who woud've been a potential loyal customer in the long-run because you didn't want to refund $100. Now I'll be moving to Arc ads.

Be aware that there is a no refund policy. The video I created performed terribly when compared to other platforms.

Was their subscriber, paid for a plan then used a few times in different scenarious, it's not worth the money. All videos comes out with glitches, some have glitches on face, some have unrealistic face expressions, some has weird eye rollouts and more. You will pay money for low quality results. Also, they do not send money back, even if you cancel right after subscription is automatically renewed again. This company, never again.

I had high expectations for Creatify, but the experience has been really disappointing. The lip sync on the avatar is completely off — the mouth barely moves, making the video look unnatural and low quality. For a platform that markets itself as a professional tool, this is unacceptable. To make things worse, customer support is basically non-existent. There’s no human assistance, no clear way to get real help, and no answers to the issues I raised. I expected better service and responsiveness, especially given the pricing and promises made. At this point, I can’t recommend Creatify to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality AI video creation. It feels more like a rushed product than a polished platform.

Software is ok but they have no refund policy although I didn't use any of the credits from the subscription. Refund policy is vague and didn't specify exactly this.

I booked a meeting with creatify staff for a company level demo. It all started well enough with clear demo on how the system works and how we could leverage it for our company usage. Honestly I was intrigued and sold to the idea. My honest opinion was to recommend we go with them, but then something happened where I decided to go with their competition... The red flags and frankly a bit shocking customer service came at the end of the demo call. I asked the rep about the bad reviews they have received. Not the obviously hyperbolic "this is a scam" reviews, but the ones where difficulty of reaching customer support were highlighted and so on. Legitimate concerns. The rep went super uncomfortable and started to visibly twitch in front of the camera, and ultimately he stammered an answer that "there are so many customers and we only have so many staff. This leaves to death by mass." Fair enough I thought. This does happen to the best of us so no big deal. Immediately after we started to wrap up the meeting when the rep just said he has to go and hung up on the two of us when we were in the process of thanking him of his time. After that I though, damn, that is some low level customer support indeed if you hang up on a prospecting corpo client mid sentence. The rep had also promised us a temporary upgrade on our profiles so we could explore the website more before next week´s team meeting to decide about what AI to go with. Yea that never happened either. Synthesia, VEED or even InfluencerFarm will get our business instead.

The free plan doesn't allow us to accurately test. We paid USD99/mth and tried generating one Avatar holding our product. It's nothing like their ads and examples. The product in the video generated was different from the photo we uploaded. The avatar was speaking way slower than the voice. Lip-syncing was off. We asked for a refund one/two days later after generating a video as the video generated is unusable. We showed the customer service the video and product discrepancy. Unfortunately, they refused and told us T&C shows strictly not refundable. Luckily, we didn't sign up for a year plan. If only I have researched more and there were more reviews that spoke the truth.
