Worst AI Video company. They charged me for 2 months while I used it for 2 days on the 1st month. Videos were very bad. When I asked for a refund for the 2nd month, they declined and said they have a NO REFUND policy. So if you go with them, expect 2 things: 1. Videos are not worth it compared to Veo or Sora 2. Say good by to your money

First time customer here and all i wanted to do was test/use their Veo 3 ads. It took me straight to their pricing page with the option to choose their standard monthly plan... assuming it would come with their Veo 3 ads. Unfortunately it doesnt... which is super misleading and bad UX to do this. You can't expect first time users to understand the lingo. The worst part? No refund after speaking with customer service, despite making my payments within the first 10 mins. I get it.... its in the terms. But c'mon. It's bad business ethics at play here for a first time user making an honest mistake. Big time gotcha move. 👎

No refund policy in which does not offer Veo 3 for starter plans, wouldnt offer a good will refund after using no credits or the plan 5 minutes after realizing.

Very bad experience with customer service. I purchased a yearly package and was not aware of the auto-renewal. I also did not receive any pre-notification that my account would be charged for another year. Support has been unhelpful and has stated no refund is possible. I will need to escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman. Please avoid this service if you can.

This company completely disappointed me. Without showing any proper confirmation screen, their system forced me to purchase an additional “Avatar Slot.” My account already shows 1 slot available and unused, yet they refused to cancel or refund it. When I contacted customer support, they just gave me a standard response saying “you confirmed it yourself.” But such a confirmation screen never appeared. The whole process feels misleading, non-transparent, and designed to trick users into paying.

The product was okay but not really for serious business — there’s always something off when making a video. I didn’t even use my credits, but Creatify kept charging me because I didn’t realize my subscription was still active. As a busy person, it’s easy to forget, but they refused to give me a refund even though I wasn’t using it. Very frustrating.

I tried making a video on the free plan for a product using a spokes person. the script generated was decent. I didn't love it but it was accurate enough. I'm not sure it was great for marketing to get conversions. Then I picked a spokes person. The video use an icon from the website that made zero sense so I switched that to my logo. Rendered the video and the logo looks terrible in that spot but not as bas as the icon would have. The lip snyc although they say would be better when rendered was actually worse than the preview. 30 second video just felt forced and not timed or paced well. Point of my review. While I'm sure some can tweak settings and get great video its not going to be simple. And you are going to use a lot of credits to end up with one solid video is my prediction. My guess is if you put a value on your time. It probably makes more sense to hire someone who has some skills and marketing experience to generate videos for you.

Strongly advise everyone to stay away from creatify!! The AI-generated results are far below expectations and do not match the way the product is marketed. When I tried to resolve the issue, I contacted their live chat and sent multiple emails, but no one ever responded properly. Instead, the website only sends back robotic auto-replies saying “no refunds,” hiding behind a blanket No Refund Policy. This is extremely unfair and feels like a scam operation. A legitimate company should provide real customer service and stand by the quality of its product. Instead, they ignore paying customers and refuse any accountability. ⚠️ Please be very cautious before giving them your money. I wish I had read a warning like this before – consider this a red flag and avoid this company.
