Nessun avviso via mail. Solo brutte sorprese.

It's a scam, they propose a free plan and after that they will invoice you directly once you enter your credit card details. And there's no support and no one to contact. And no refund policy. It's a big SCAM.

Well made website and great customer support.

I signed up for my free 3-day trial, but it turned out that I had used up all my credits, which made the monthly payment automatically kick in. I spoke to them about that already. So what I commend them for is the great customer service support. On their website, I asked for assistance and got a response very quickly. They communicated via email and on the website, which is very convenient. They gave me options, and I chose the refund option because of my finances right now. The issue was resolved within a day (could have been hours had it not been for my delay in response). As a budding content creator and mompreneur of three children, I will definitely be re-engaging them.

Extremely fishy, I signed up for a free trial, on both autods and createugc and createugc declined for some reason? I'm not getting charged for anything for another week i thought? so i check my bank and its locked and then I'm told they tried to charge over $3,000 in the span of a few minutes????? thankfully my bank blocked these transactions but I've been seeing people have similar experiences id use a different 3pl.

ok so full transparency i’m lazy. i hate coordinating with creators, writing briefs, waiting for revisions, all of it. this tool basically does my job for me.

i’ll keep it short. tested it on a dying ad set. refreshed creative with some AI UGC. next day? 4x ROAS
