No response from seller after purchase
New: Review updated. Did ultimately receive the product. Still very disappointed in the lack of response to multiple attempts at communication, but product is as described. Old: Ordered over a month ago. No updated shipping information. Unfortunately, complete radio silence and no responses form the merchant after our multiple attempts at contacting them.
