Hello Ana, we are extremely sorry for the experience. We have looked into the conversation you had with our customer support team and based on the conversation at that time we had provided you with a new power supply for the sign. But still you shared that there is an issue and post that we requested you to provide us a video for how you have set up the new power supply. We had to request this from you as we are not physically present there and by seeing a video, we may be able to guide you on how to resolve the issue or if we think it is not something that can be managed at customers end, we provide an optimal solution to the customer which may be sending a new sign altogether. But for that we need support from the customer by way of sharing a video of the sign. We will again request you to please help us by sharing a video covering the plugged in power supply leading to the sign, to provide you with an optimal solution. Looking forward for your support on this. Thanks
