I ordered online on a holiday weekend, and received a response very quickly about my order and then received it in the mail in a few days! I was very impressed. I also received a personal note with my order which is a very nice touch.

My mother in law was gracious enough to FaceTime me (I live out of state) and help with my selection during a sale. Not only was my yarn beautiful, but they were able to put my yarn into an online cart for me to checkout and get the free shipping. Such a wonderful experience and the yarn I got is amazing!
