Was told that my car would be ready this week I call them and they forgot I made an appointment 2 months ago

DO NOT take your car here if you value your vehicle and time. After holding my truck for a week, multiple people lied to me multiple times about attempting to contact me, which they had not. This is my daily driver, so, Amber lying and never contacting me, cost me a weeks rate for a car rental. I was then contacted by Patrick, who was not helpful, would not discuss the estimate or repair over the phone, and eventually told me to just come pick up my vehicle. Absolutely terrible service and a waste of time and money. Find a more competent shop, this isn't it.

West Fort Worth, Texas, Loop 820. My 2013 Camry with only 46,000 miles was rear ended by a State Farm customer, 100% their fault. The repairs looked OK but driving it home I noticed a banging noise under the rear of the car and extremely harsh ride. I took it back 4 or 5 times in the next 3 months. None of the employees could hear the banging under the rear (it was the sway bar) Maybe I was mis-remembering how quiet and smooth the car was before the crash! (another shop replaced both rear struts and the sway bar which had been damaged in the crash $2500 that I paid for myself to make the car like it was) I finally made a video of the bumping sound and played it to a guy named Clayton, who suddenly realized that I was not satisfied and will get with corporate and make a satisfactory adjustment. I had Crash Champions do $1250 worth of extra work done that the insurance did not cover... Since they were paid $6500 by State Farm, I thought giving me my $1250 back would be fair . Of course they can't refund me part of the money State Farm paid THEM to fix my car hit by their customer. Clayton said he would fly that by corporate. I guess it didn't fly with them because that's the last I heard, and of course no money back. The shop that finally fixed it noted that a used junkyard knee assembly had been installed and had so much play in the parts that a nearly new tire was having a tread separation after less that 500 miles since it was installed.

The work they did was fine, but Danielle promised me a $500.00 refund. That was 3 months ago. She won't answer my texts or emails. Don't trust what she tells you.

Suoer bad experience. Just robbers at Slimm street. They never finished my repair since 8 months, never contacted me, always giving excuses. Very disappointing.

Crash Champions Hollywood, Florida location (Simms Street) No communication. Lots of excuses. Got the runaround multiple times. Damage my headlight when they repaired body damage. Took a very long time to get it fixed. Still not sure if it’s actually fixed. Would not recommend this location. The Davie, Fl location is fantastic.

If I could put a zero I would. They totally screwed me over with my insurance. I would not use this place even if it was the last place on earth. They are a bunch of liars. The Branson, MO should be avoided at all costs. Took my car somewhere else and they even stated that they were lying and said it was normal for them to do this. This is the problem with a national chain. Worthless and dishonest. Now I have to hire an attorney to go after them and my insurance company.

It took them over 30 days for them to fix the car. Poor communication with us. Kept saying wrong parts came in as the excuse a couple times. I do not recommend this place if insurance says to go there. One of them even lied to our insurance agent. Front bumper still had scratches on it.
