Insurance wouldn’t pay for the repair of my car, which is obviously not this shop’s fault at all. However, my trunk was fully functional when I gave it to this shop to repair, and they are returning it unable to close. When I called them out on it, one representative apologized at least and the next made excuses claiming it never closed. I’m getting my car back in worse shape than I gave it. They never disassembled it, either. And they will not fix it. Thanks for trashing my car 👍 wish I never took it there.

I waited several weeks for an estimate appointment. When I arrived, the estimator took my car to the garage and when he returned it to me, he had missed several damages that I had to point out to him. That was my first red flag. He stated he will have the estimate ready within two days. When I returned to the shop a week later the estimate was never turned in. He basically said he had “a bad week and never got around to it”. Lost my business. Better Business Bureau gives Crash Masters an F rating. I concur.

I took my car in for an estimate on body work to the Culebra and Ingram shop. They took pictures and said he would send me an estimate by e-mail. I waited one week and got nothing. I went by there again and requested an estimate for the second time. The man seemed surprised and refused to print me an estimate. ''I'll send it by email'. I never heard from him again. I went with different company and they are working on getting the parts. I had work done by the 1604 Alamo Ranch location in December and they had done a great job. I guess Ingram was not interested in taking my money for a front fender repair. I will never go there again and I will not recommend them to anyone. They seemed very nonchalant and uncaring. Business must be good because the young man didn't care if they got my business or not. Miracle Body and Paint is doing my repairs now and is reasonable and professional, as well as personal.

This company has had my daughter's car since the beginning of August for cracked axle and tires. It sat unattended for 1.5 months because the lift was out of service being repaired and they refused to move it to another shop. She ran out of rental allowance from her insurance. and Three months later still no delivery.... unbelievable. Stay away that problem is they are buying up all the local shops....................
