My first order (#CSHOS52062 Oct.2021) received without problem.(still on "my order" in your dite). My second order (#54721-CSDC91256 november 2021) not register in my acount on your site ? So, unable to follow shipping information. FREE gift has been charged on my bill ($11.86 US), so,"NOT FREE"
