I had a problem of being short 1 color of round diamonds. Contacted customer service, advised them of my problem. They were very prompt to respond to advise what they needed to ship out the diamonds that I needed. Looking forward to receiving them, so I can finish my picture. Debbie D., Henderson, NV. USA

I contacted Craftsaving customer service when I thought my order was lost as it was overdue. They were very helpful in getting all the information they needed to start to trace it. It was a great surprise when a few days later it showed up at my door, I have already finished one and started the second one today.
