I love ordering from this company. They have such a wide selection of merchandise. I had an issue receiving with my last order, I contacted customer service thru e-mail, and they responded immediately. They corrected the issue and I received my order with no problem. I will definitely order from them again. Customer Service was fast and friendly!!

Amazing customer service support team! When I received my order it was missing two things. I had read a review that they had great customer service so I reached out by email. I had a quick reply within 24 hours. They looked into the situation and will be sending me the two missing parts. The support team was friendly and helpful!

My mom and I have been purchasing from Craftsaving for a few years now and are very happy with this site and products. A great selection! The customer service staff are great! I had an issue that I added something to the notes section and it didn't take. I emailed their support team and the issue was dealt with in a very short period of time in a very pleasant manner. I placed an order for something but they were short one of what I purchased. I haypurchased from this site before. Everything comes within a reasonable amount of time, it’s exactly what it appears on site and they respond so quickly to my needs. This particular order was no one’s fault they were short one of what I ordered. They were eager to fill with another item but I was confused on what my other choice could be. They were kind and offered an immediate refund to my account. They told me on my next order they will include something extra with it for this inconvenience. I completely appreciate the way they do business. I will look immediately for a replacement of my order. Thank you for your work ethics and the care to make my order complete. I placed an order with a personal picture. I wasn't sure if I attached it so I sent a message and soon received a reply. I was very impressed with the speed and the cropping of the picture. I haven't received the finished product yet so I will write another review when I receive it. So far I am happy with the service.
