*****SHORTED ONE ITEM IN MY ORDER****** I am extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled. My package was shorted, and instead of resolving the issue fairly, CraftOutlet is claiming that I received an item that was missing from my order. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never buy from them again.

While writing another review about a company that irritated me, I used Craft Outlet as an example in my review about the other company , as to which companies always exceed delivery standards. It was high time I made sure Craft Outlet received a fair review because they are so deserving. My order is always intact, never a missing item, one of the fastest shipping standards in the country, some of the best pricing you will find anywhere on the ribbon, deco mesh etc. They are my go to and they have not let me down yet.
