Craftmaster Hardware, LLCReviews of craftmasterhardware.com

Lccf , when we call with questions or need parts they seem to take good care of us.

They were very knowledgeable about their product lines. We purchased a mechanical key system that exactly met our business needs. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

my order was promptly filled and the price was in line with what I could get from another source locally (who couldn't fill the order promptly). I did not realize that this being my first order there was an opportunity for a discount, but was pleased to find out I can use this on my next order. Would have been nice to use it that first time, would have gotten them a better review for sure. Now I see it as a ploy that I'm tempted back for another order at a discount. In any case, having a good selection of brands available from one source and quick fulfillment, I was generally pleased.

Rishard helped me identify a key blank I needed and shipped them to me.

Great service, my order was right on time.

Sales personnel are great, shipping is fast, they are very willing and ready to help you with any questions about the order

I have been working with Craftmaster for 13 years now while at St. Thomas Aquinas College. Their expertise and customer service has no equal. Their excellence in all things hardware, and diligence to recommend or find the right product for you will keep you coming back.

Fast service, reasonably priced item.
